Commenting

This feature allows proofreaders to leave comments and discuss the translation with translators and/or other collaborators. You can leave a comment by right-clicking a cell and choose Comment.

And then collaborators are notified via their email. You can continue discussing changes with proofreaders/translators and then after everything is done, you can click on Resolve to mark it as Resolved and hide the discussion.

Offline editing

When you’re on your mobile device and want to translate while not having an internet connection, you can tap on it in the sheet list, and choose the 3rd Option: Make available offline.

Mass replace

When you need some terms to be consistently translated, you can mass replace old ones with new ones by going to each sheet, choose the C column by click on the letter C, then go to Edit > Find and Replace (Or pressing CTRL + H). When you’re done, click on replace all. That can save you a lot of time.

Mass clear existing translation

When you want to remove translation without removing the names linked with TABLE_NAME, you can select the translation column, Press CTRL + H, in the find option, type this:  ^(?!=).+ and leave Replace with blank, tick Match case and Search using regular expressions, click on replace all.
